This policy explains how Six Paths Software Ltd ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data through this website, club-flow.co.uk. It covers the website only. The Club Flow software will have its own privacy information when it launches.

What we collect and why

Your email address, if you register your interest

When you use the early access form, we collect the email address you enter. We use it only to tell you when Club Flow is ready and to send you related updates about its launch. We don't sell it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Our lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Technical information when you visit

Like almost every website, our web server records basic information about each request: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser's user agent. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure, and to investigate problems.

To stop the early access form being abused, we also count sign-up attempts from each IP address for up to one hour. The count is stored against a one-way hash of the IP address, not the address itself.

Our lawful basis for both is our legitimate interests in operating a secure, working website.

Fonts

This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address and browser information. Google says it uses this data only to serve the fonts and to improve the service. See Google's privacy policy.

Cookies

This website doesn't set any cookies and doesn't use analytics or advertising tools.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process personal data on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only as we instruct:

International transfers

Your email address is stored by Mailgun in the United States. Where personal data leaves the UK, we make sure it is protected by an approved safeguard, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Your email address: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you haven't become a Club Flow customer, we'll delete it no later than 12 months after Club Flow launches.
• Server logs: for a limited period, and only as long as we need them for security and troubleshooting.
• Sign-up attempt counts: for no more than one hour.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• ask us to correct data that's wrong or incomplete
• ask us to delete your data
• ask us to restrict how we use your data, or object to how we use it
• ask for your data in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time

To use any of these rights, email privacy@sixpaths.co.uk. We'll respond within one month, and there's normally no charge.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this policy if what we collect or how we use it changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
